Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using the JDN Assessment Certifications website (www.isocertindia.gov.in), its sub-domains, the Certification Application Portal, Training Registration System, Certificate Verification Portal, or Application Tracking Portal (collectively, “the Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
Government Website
JDN Assessment Certifications is a government body. The services provided are public services and are subject to applicable laws of India including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Services Provided
JDN Assessment Certifications provides the following digital services subject to these Terms:
- ISO Certification application submission, processing, and management
- Online payment of certification and training fees
- ISO certificate verification for third parties
- Application status tracking for applicants
- Training programme enrolment and management
- RTI application submission and tracking
- Grievance submission and tracking
- Download of official publications, forms, and guidance documents
Service Availability
JDN Assessment Certifications aims to maintain 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance on the website. JDN Assessment Certifications shall not be liable for any loss arising from service unavailability.
Your Responsibilities as a User
By using our Services you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times
- Not impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Not submit false or fraudulent certification applications
- Keep your portal login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised access
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
- Not use automated bots, crawlers, or scripts to access or scrape our Services
- Not upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Not use our verification portal to generate fraudulent or misleading verification results
Fraudulent Applications
Submission of false information in a certification application, or misuse of an ISO certificate, may constitute an offence under the Information Technology Act 2000, the Indian Penal Code, and applicable regulations. JDN Assessment Certifications will refer suspected fraud to law enforcement agencies.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the JDN Assessment Certifications website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, documents, data compilations, and software — is the property of JDN Assessment Certifications or its content suppliers and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

ISO Standards Content
ISO standards documents are the intellectual property of the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO). JDN Assessment Certifications does not reproduce the text of ISO standards on its website. Standard documents must be purchased directly from ISO or the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. JDN Assessment Certifications makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JDN Assessment Certifications, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Services
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content of the website
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Technical failures, security breaches, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
Government Immunity
As a Government of India body, JDN Assessment Certifications benefits from sovereign immunity protections under applicable Indian law. Disputes involving JDN Assessment Certifications are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
Use of JDN Assessment Certifications Certificates
Organisations holding a valid JDN Assessment Certifications certificate may display or reference the certificate subject to the following conditions:
- The certificate must be current and not expired, suspended, or withdrawn
- The certified scope displayed must accurately reflect the scope stated on the certificate
- The JDN Assessment Certifications logo or mark may only be used with our prior written consent and in accordance with our Mark Usage Policy
- Certificates may not be altered, defaced, or used in a misleading manner
- Expired certificates must be removed from display within 30 days of expiry
- If certification is suspended or withdrawn, all references must be removed immediately
Misuse of Certificate
Using an expired, suspended, or forged ISO certificate is a serious breach that may lead to permanent disqualification from JDN Assessment Certifications services, referral to NABCB, and prosecution under applicable laws. Report suspected certificate misuse to integrity@isocertindia.gov.in.

Our website contains links to third-party websites including NABCB, IAF, QCI, the Central Information Commission, BIS, and other government portals. These links are provided for convenience and information only. JDN Assessment Certifications does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites.
Payment processing is handled by the Government of India’s authorised payment gateway (PFMS). Once you leave our website to complete a payment, you are subject to that gateway’s terms and conditions. JDN Assessment Certifications does not store or process payment card details.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
